Utilizing gear transmission enhances the precision of substrate movement within the sputtering zone during coating. Employing a bus-type control system, the equipment comprises a pre-chamber, preparation chamber, sputtering chamber, vacuum pumping system, sputtering coating system, and substrate heating device.
Preparation Chamber: Accommodates 10 coating fixtures simultaneously (4-substrate trays per fixture).
Substrate heating capability in preparation chamber reaches 150°C.
Sputtering Chamber: Includes 2 cathode electrodes per cathode (for Cr/Ag), DC power supply, DC power switch, and degassing heating function.
Vacuum System: Turbomolecular pump; rotary vane oil pump. Post-coating film thickness distribution: ±1.2% per tray, ±1.5% between trays. Target material utilization efficiency: 44%.
